Summary
Low Voltage Toolkit (the "App") is an offline field utility for low voltage, CCTV, and security installers. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. All data you create — jobs, surveys, calculator inputs, and photos — stays on your device.
Information We Collect
None. The App does not require an account, does not include analytics or advertising trackers, and does not transmit any data to our servers or third parties. We have no servers that receive your data.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following information locally on your device using your device's standard storage mechanisms (browser localStorage or app sandbox):
- Jobs, customers, and site survey notes you create
- Calculator inputs and saved quotes
- Photos you capture or import for site surveys
- App settings and preferences
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (for example, generating a PDF and sharing it yourself). Uninstalling the App deletes all of this data.
Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions:
- Camera — to capture site survey photos. Photos are saved only on your device.
- Photos / Storage — to attach existing photos from your gallery to a job. Files are read only when you select them.
You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social-media services.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any data from children, and the App collects no data from anyone.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or app store release notes.
